- ¾ cup of regular Flour
- 1 cup of Whole-wheat Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- ½ tsp of Salt
- Two large Eggs
- 2 cups of Buttermilk
- ⅓ cup of Canola Oil
Cooking Method:
Take one bowl and mix flour, baking powder, whole wheat flour, salt and baking soda together
properly.
Now take another bowl and break up eggs into it and beat them properly
Then add buttermilk and oil into the eggs and beat them properly.
After that, mix all the dry and wet ingredients together perfectly to form smooth batter.
Then heat the waffle iron maker as per manual instruction and put the batter onto the maker and
close the lid to bake the waffles for 5 to 7 minutes till become golden brown.
In case you are not eating the right away then you may place them over the preheated baking
sheet to keep them warm. Once ready you may eat them with toppings of whipped cream or syrup
