Process:
Your first step for preparing the
Belgian
waffle recipe would be to take one large bowl and put yeast, sugar, water and salt
into it and stir it properly and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Then add the sifted flour into a
large bowl and over it pour the yeast mixture and knead the flour slowly add eggs and soft
butter into the flour and knead it again properly. Once it is done keep it aside to set in the
form of dough. After that put pearl sugar into it and knead it properly set aside for 15
minutes. Later on, preheat the waffle iron maker and grease it thoroughly with oil. Then put
this dough over the waffle maker and bake it for 5 minutes till it become golden brown in
colour. Once it is ready place warm over the serving plate and relishes it with fruit or
whipped cream topping.
