  • 1 1/3 cups of regular flour
  • 3 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 4-5 of fresh bananas
  • 2 teaspoons of white sugar

 

Procedure :

  • The first thing you have to do is take one mixing bowl and put sifted flour, baking powder, brown sugar, salt and baking soda into and mix all the ingredients properly.
  • Then put the chopped walnuts into it and keep it aside
  • Take one small bowl and add vanilla extract, melted butter, eggs and milk into it and whisk it perfectly well.
  • After that mix all together the dry and wet ingredients properly and form a smooth batter without any lumps.
  • Once the waffle batter is ready, Preheat and grease the waffle iron maker with oil properly as per the manual instruction.
  • Now put the waffle batter onto the hot waffle maker for baking. Bake it till it becomes crispy brown.
When it is baked properly shift it to the serving plate and serve then hot with white sugar, butter, maple syrup and fresh sliced banana over the top.
